formé en 1983 (Grande Bretagne)
5 membres, puis 4
son electro-pop expérimental
pionniers du "Sampling" ( ulilisation de samplers = extrait d'autres musiques, sons, paroles...)

Succés mondial et reconnaissance avec le titre BEAT BOX (1983) qui force à mort sur les rythmiques " Beat Box " = la boite à Rythmes:
